Is science clear that oil is a dead end game? Yes. Peak oil is not theory, it's fact

Prior to fracking, shale oil, and oil sands, science was clear but now the peak has moved pretty far to the right.
Combining that with the huge amounts of gas being obtained from fracking, the only thing, I think, that can reduce fossil fuel use will be regulation to reduce CO2 production.
