>> Hillary is a hawk. You should love her.

She is a big spender, and I would oppose anyone in that category, which includes most Republicans.

While I'm certainly no "hawk", I do believe the US has a crucial role in the world and must sometimes step in. Iraq was one of those times; it was necessary to remove Saddam, and we could not have risked leaving him there with the potential for a Barack Obama to follow him.

While Obama has made a terrible mess, not only of Iraq, but the entire region, one can only imagine what a mess it would be were Saddam still in power. While one can argue that the Arab Spring would have have started in that instance, there was no way Bush could have anticipated such a nitwit would be elected in 2008. Any reasonable president would have taken the opportunity to pursue the Freedom Agenda, which is responsible for the Arab Spring, and turned it into a positive. As it turned out, we elected a damned fool who had no idea at all what to do with these developments, and set back Middle East initiatives by decades or even a century.

As we know, elections do have consequences and by electing Obama, a bull in a china shop, the damage done is immeasurable.

Radical Far Left Professor [at school where koan's SIL teaches] Leads Workshop in Chant, “Capitalism Will Fail. Capitalism Is Dead!” (Video)

Posted by Jim Hoft on Friday, May 23, 2014, 7:41 PM

This is the kind of filth the left is peddling today at American universities.

//www.merrittafram.com/faculty.html#imara”>Nehandra Imara of the All African People’s Revolutionary Party addressed the 2014 Law & Disorder Conference at Portland State University in May. Imara, a professor from Merritt College in Oakland Hills, California. During her speech Nehandra railed against the evil and racist system of capitalism.

Via Laughing at Liberals:

“Capitalism is an evil system. It is built on an unjust racist, classist, sexist system… It is militaristic terrorism on steroids… Capitalism is the root of all evils. It is built on unjust, racist, classist system, based on 400 years of slavery.”

At the end of her toxic dishonest speech the room starts chanting, “Capitalism will fail! Capitalism is dead!”

** See the video at Progressives Today.

Were Koan's SIL & daughter present for the chanting??
