Let me chime in here. Infantile, child-like or adolescent is irrelevant. My thinking is their plans are deliberate, the outcomes are desireable, strategies are executed with determination and embedded with plausible deniability. When that doesn't work, they use blame-shifting. I'd say this is the work of high-functioning and dangerous adults. Nothing pre-pubescent about it!
