More on the meeting... It was interesting to hear that the chat boards were followed by the company. There were about 40 people present including Osicom employees, board members, stock brokers, and individual investors. Before the meeting, Par and Sharon mingled and are pretty down to earth people. During the presentation, John Gorman mentioned the LA Times article about being the 4th fastest growing company in the state. No other comments were made in this regard. As for the voting issue, I believe everyone should just vote their proxy. No mention of another mailing. It was mentioned by Par the votes are in favor of the issues at hand. Overall, I was impressed. They're working hard and feel the products they've been putting out are top notch, despite all the distractions. I left feeling no one is satisfied with the stock price and the products coming out along with the backlog should make the 4th quarter much better. Hopefully Scott will jump in soon with his take on the meeting as well.
