I think we hear about inventory write down next week. Then in cal. Q2 they start depreciating Lehi. They sell all of MUEI next year to survive. Spend all their cash in the next 12 mos. There will be no next DRAM cycle. DRAM is embedded in logic or logic is embedded in DRAM. MU is too far behind to be a player. Mu is toast. Tim

Greg, Lehi is a building so it gets depreciated over a long period
(20 years?). They may also only put some of it in service. Don't
expect Lehi to become a big event any time soon.
