I believe the biggest mistake was making their BTD application public. With the lack of (relative) institutional owners and with so many retail investors (traders, pumpers, momentum traders) in this stock, it made the company's value dependent on one single binary event.

I understand they're trying to be as transparent as possible, but it's clear their current investors can't quite handle the truth. That the stock opened that .30 cents is indicative of the weak handed investors that own PVCT. I hope these 14 million shares that traded hands today went into stronger hands. Management needs to recognize that transparency with it's current crop of investors isn't necessarily the best approach. That we've gone from sub dollar to 6, to 1.5 to 3.75 to 30 cents (!!!) in the first 6 months of this year is absolutely ridiculous. All made possible by the weak hands (not all) that own this stock. That company should not disclosed the application. AF and friends are absolutely aware of this and we make an extremely easy target to manipulate and scare into giving up our shares. It opened at .30 cents! 30 cents!

If I didn't know any better, I'd swear the FDA had rejected an NDA, and in the process established that PV-10 doesn't work.

They didnt! I'm buying all I can under .75
