But that's because in your mind the two are equally as ugly. Walk around the streets of Juneau and ask people if they think there is something inherently evil about guns and that in the future when we just advance a little bit we will no longer use guns. What percent of the people in Alaska own guns? What would happen to a politician that ran on an anti-gun platform in your state!
