if someone really needs to hunt for food a rifle or shotgun is a much better weapon

well a "real man" wouldn't even use a scope... in fact a real man would hunt food with a bow and arrow... yeah, a real skill sport, killing an animal with a high-tech gun... what a manly man!

i did a little bit of squirrel and rabbit hunting when i was young, living for a while in a rural part of Tennesse where I could walk from the back door and head off into the woods, and like a typical adolescent male i liked guns... but, i grew out of that when i stopped playing with toys
