Just got a message from eastmark stating that 15 mill outstanding shares. and that 100k was insignificant. the point i am trying to make is most investors have a cost in mxmx significantly above that amount and that the shell owners are the primary ones with a low cost that would sell at these prices - therefore driving it down.
