Sure; if you lose the election, revolt. Why not? It has nothing to do with an election. When an administration and its bureaucratic minions start making "laws" and ruling by decree, then Congress has a duty to put a stop to it. If it were a GOP administration that was as out of control as the current one, you'd be soiling your knickers and shouting for a revolution, Ratty.
