The Real Estate cycle is powerful the biggest driver of economic activity. So where are we at right now given so little new construction for seven years, shadow inventory in the later innings in the worst hit areas, while home prices are all over the place with some areas at new all time highs and others still stuck near the bottom? Any chance this one lasts as long as the average cycle of 18 years?
