Well I'm in agreement with you. I just don't buy into your profession that you are a cynic. Your life belies that statement. I also think you are doing it because that's who you are, not because you have some deep philosophic basis for acting this way. I also think there's no rational explanation for the range of human behavior we exhibit as a species--at least not yet. We may posit motivations or attributes to certain philosophies, but that's all we're doing--positing--which I see as an attempt to explain ourselves to ourselves.
