Your points are valid...and quite possibly I've taken too much for granted...

I made the mistake of reading research reports from 2 seperate firms
some reports in excess of 100 pages...

I have never seen a company with such complex financials...

I still feel like a kid in a candy shop...

even though I don't have that answer you were asking
without hyping this let me simply say that the revenue statistics
are the closest thing to a pyramid structure I have ever seen...

The conclusion most reports I have read reach is that the revenues
and earnings beginning with cash flow positive second half 1998 far exceed expenses over time
and it becomes almost a snowball situation...

Sorry for my lack of objectivity.

PS.
you may want to try to look at projections that have been calculated
already ...it may surprise you because your question
seems to be the only negative thing I have seen in ALL of the material
I have seen on this company...

Rarely do I feel that a company I am investing in is going to quarter after quarter have larger and larger revenues...almost like clockwork.
You may be looking a gift horse in the mouth.

If you really need the answer call the company...I'm sure they will tell you.

But if revenues are expected to grow at a five year average of 90%
per year and costs or margins are expected to go from 26% to 40%
this year and then to 50% next year...

You may be going down a wrong road...
just my oppinion...
