As an example GSV trading on the amex. It trades many trades as a fraction and you and I cannot do that over 1 decimal point if that so those bastards some days have most of the volume with trades like .6477 or .6479 etc. etc. Fc#k em you like to moose hunt I am non violent but in this case I would like to go hunting too and when I was a kid I was an excellent shot so doubt I would miss those fat fc#ks on the street!!!
