shades, what is your opinion of, Morgan stating he was witneesing the near completion of refurbishment of the vessel in question,yet,now we find out it's a rusting shell?(hmm,rusting shell-sounds familiar) TIA..DD PS: perhaps Al can interpret what was on Morgans mind when he said this.
