He still doesn't understand the subject.

It's tragically like about 98% of Americans.

No wonder we are last in the scientific literacy rankings in the world.

Tragic.

Simply tragic.

None of the studies you can cite constitute any sort of proof. They are all ultimately based on crude computer models that are no better than their programming and data.

Hey miraje; could you send Wharf Rat a warning for cutting and pasting the same long post over and over? It's got a lot of overs-sized graphs and doing nothing but gumming up the internet.

And while you're at it, send a warning to whoever (on my side) cut and pasted Curry's entire C.V.

And warnings to the various posters who violate copyright by posting full articles.

Too many of the posts here are either one-line empty crap or cut and paste jobs. You need to stop this or the thread will slowly become less and less readable.

P.S. With regard to Curry's CV, what you should do is post something like this:

(1) First Article on Atmospheric Science (1978)
...
(340) Three hundred and fortieth article on atmospheric science.

Posting the whole thing is an easy cut and paste but it is very unconvincing. Posting *anything* that you know for a fact that no one is going to read is a sign of bad arguments. Logic is not a matter of how many pages you cut and paste. Hell, it's not even a matter of how much crap you manage to type in.
