Hi Ed, thanks for the information. I was not aware of the fact that PKC was not able to sell all of the warrants, that is not very good. Who knows how will investors react to this news. Hopefully it will be off set by the announcement of spudding the well. These two O&G analysts you are mentioning, do they have reputation of giving solid advice to the investors? Leaf

Proposed 300,000 special warrants private placement Parkcrest Explorations Ltd - PKC Shares issued 9,207,637 Dec 11 close $1.58 Fri 12 Dec 97 News Release Mr Robert Lipsett reports The company intends to complete a special warrant private placement. The 300,000 shares to be purchased at $1.75 will consist of one share and one warrant. One warrant will enable the holder to purchase one share at $1.80 within two years of the issue date. The company has partially closed the special warrant private placement reported in Stockwatch November 7 1997. A total of 682,000 special warrants with Yorkton as agent have been closed. The proceeds will be used to exploit and develop the company's interest in Colombia and for general working purposes.
