This low risk trade (GDX or NUGT or better still JNUG) that I suggested last Friday; is playing out pretty well as could be expected. If one was playing say JNUG your bid would've been @ a average of $14.00/share last Friday as opposed to the closing price of today @ $15.74 not bad for a 12.5% return for the week.

All I know if I told a bunch of people that the Toronto Dominion bank was offering @ 12.5% return for a week (never mind the compounding over a year), the lineup around the bank would go on forever as the sheeple line up waiting for their piece of the pie. It sure beats the 1.5% return that TD offers on their GIC's.

Next week who knows... as I said earlier, I think that we have reached some sort of a bottom in GOLD. Does it hold? Only time will tell.

I'll post a chart later.

FWIW only,

Davy
