RNTK story does not end, when you have made a 100% gain in the near future.
RNTK is not a Bre-X, nor is it a scam stock, where they keep printing new shares, or is it a co thats says they will make 24 mill in 98, 300 million revenue in 5 years in a public news PR, or does it claim that they have Texaco , Chevron , Arco as clients, who are commmiteed to use them , or do they claim that this is a revolutionary new technology and no one else can do it... etc.
In other words, it is not a hype, its not a scam to suck your money in , they know where every single shares are,,,
This is the conclusion of many here who have done a DD, for several months. RNTK is also recognised by the industry and the financial community of best in this world and here we have a chance to make a very favourable return on our investment.
Look at it Abi, where on earth do you find a company at 1 1/2 with this awesome implication of becoming a very few key player in this rediscovered and very necessary gas to liquids technology...
Why is Texaco deal taking so long ?
The earnest nego began only as Oct, as the talks were in progress of June, but in between Texaco got whopped with multi million law suit
for their racial corporate policies, by the management, which was video taped and shown all across international media. They systematically ridiculed Afro-Amrican employees and used biased policies to keep them advancing fully as an equal employee. This took away all the legal resources from Texaco. After that a major JV deal with Shell was announced , which again had their house counsel divert their attention to address the issue, as well as the Sept , Oct Texaco announcements for Bajihkstan and Kajihkstan....
Well now they are arguing point by point I understand between Sam, RNTK VP and in house lawyer and Texaco lawyer, who is a woman.
Abi, its not siging up a gas station and it involves very comprehensive global and time sensitive issues that will affect millions of dollars. It takes several months, SLHO deal with ARCO took almost a year.
Now there is a some what of a rush on GTL, it seems and it should get it going faster....
RNTK will be a profittable co end of 98 from what they have in existing business and on top of that they will have several license agreements IMHO , not only with Texaco but also with several other large oil producers and REFINERIES.
RNTK will get a dollar per barrel for license fee, think if in say five years ( siging the contract, building the plant etc) from now if several producers converted 50,000 bbl s per day thats 50,000 USD per day revenue for RNTK, x 30 days x 12 mos = divides by 29 million shares x 80 % nett/
You dod the math, my calculator is too small <g>
Ok lets go with 1000 bbl per day all over the world , thats about 4 bucks per share eps !!
Even if 500 bbl per day !!
Now do you see why SLHO is trading at this multiples ??
As Arthur have pointed out the desparity in SLHOs and RNTKS valuation, my new target now is 20 bucks, come rain or shine in 12 mos period.
I think that is a conservative estimate and I call it an investment strategy... not a crap shoot or gambling,
The days of gambling is over and that was when I got in at 1/8 in Apr and was looking for 3/4 exit....
The story has changed.....

For those who followed my tail from NETZ board to here and there, you will notice that I tend to pick mostly winners and kosher companies. Suggest you learn to do a DD and investigate where you spend your money.
As for Kenny, hes been calling me every other day with his angst, Such a nice guy like that gets F--ed over by scams like NETZ. I told him to double up his position now and get out when it pops only if 1/2 of todays close he will come out even , rather than throwing out 4,500 dollars. He cant afford it, He also feels its a scam but he has no choice.
He almost dumped it on Fri with 4,500 loss. ,,,,,
So those who follow me around then goes and post I am a Philistine for calling a scam for what it is , you are no better.....
Until you learn to do a DD and share it honestly with others.
