I really couldn't care less about all those class-action suits. If some shareholders think they can shave a few bucks per share from any potential settlement, then more power to them -- the whole point here is making money or recovering losses through any means possible, regardless of who gets the short end of the stick. By the time those lawsuits pay up -- IF they pay up -- ASND will have recovered the 19% I'm down in it...so it's not even worth my time. Every time I make a successful trade, I've managed to profit off another investor's woes...I wish I could do it 10x more often. So I really don't have any problems with the lawyers doing whatever they do to make a buck too. At least they aren't selling crack. That's corporate America -- ain't it grand? Style Pts.
