Yes, I recived mine Tuesday or Wednesday. I don't know when you bought your shares but you needed to be a shareholder of record as of 11/13/97 in order to vote. I'd call and give tham heck if I were you and I was a shareholder at the close of business 11/13.

At this point Osicom employees will be bidding up your shares, Osicom may be a prime canadate for an "employee takeover", plus employees tend to exert more effort if they have a vested stake in the company, which also adds to the bottom line.
