>> Maybe so but don't you think that media machine and lazy American voters will be around next election..and the next...and the next? If what you say is true, conservatives will never win another election.

It will, and it is difficult to overcome, but it can be done.

One thing is that the media have been particularly enthralled by Obama, as his 20-something speechwriters were able to lay on the flowery rhetoric. I'm not sure they'll be quite so committed to Hillary, although they may.

But I think there are candidates on the other side who are up to the challenge. Candidates like Cruz (not my favorite, but an absolute genius) and Carson (my current favorite) will be imposing forces that are difficult for the media to ignore. In Carson's case, he says some stuff that can be used against him but only when taken out of context -- if one looks at the totality of his comments, to date they have ALWAYS been highly rational, thoughtful, and correct.

I think the American People recognize they made a terrible blunder with Obama. Hopefully they will be more thoughtful in '16.

>> Oh I know it's legal and all, but somehow the lazy American voter just doesn't see how a rich vulture capitalist gets away with paying no taxes while he is busting his binkies to make ends meet.

I think this is the perfect example of the media's influence on the ignorant. Harry Reid came out said, "He paid no taxes". Even though that was demonstrably false, many of you soaked it up. The reality is that he paid more taxes than any person who has EVER been president. But most of you don't do your homework; you listen to what the liberal media says and as a result, you're uninformed.

But it is necessary to point out that the president's race had a lot to do with his election; any candidate who can get 90% of the black vote starts with a sort of Affirmative Action advantage. Whether this will be problematic in the next election I just don't know.

Willard had millions of personal income and yet was perfectly happy to let the other tax payers pick up the tab for running the government.

Is there a difference between Willard, and Pelosi, and Reid and Feinstein, and Corzine and Obama and Bush when it comes to millionaires allowing the taxpayer to foot the bill for everything, including their food?

Maybe I'll aks those press people since they never complain about the people with a big "D" after their name.............
