Ed - It would be interesting to see the exact language of the 1994 referendum. Would you happen to have that around anywhere?

Glad to see the AG came to his senses. "I just wanted to call attention to situation", he claims. Yeah, right. That and the fact that nobody in law enforcement would support you.

As an SC resident, perhaps you can clear this up for me. I don't understand why this question of whether video poker is a lottery persists. Hasn't the state supreme court ruled that video poker is not a lottery? or, was that a lower court ruling?
