Mr. Nielsen added that Corel is close to finalizing several other
deals in Sweden and Finland, including several with companies that
are moving back to WordPerfect technology after using Microsoft
Word for a few years.

Corel is also opening a new sales office in Stockholm. There are
offices now in Copenhagen and Helsinki.

hi bcoch

thanks for all the links from the ottawa citizen. as a local company they
tend to give corel a lot of coverage.

i noticed corel has made a couple of deals recently

corel.com

ottawacitizen.com

each deal is for 5000 seats, not a lot but hopefully the beginning of many
more to follow. perhaps don sylvester will be able to rescue cos from
doc c's mismanagement.

Thanks for posting your intentions. We've had enough members "vanish mysteriously," leaving a vacuum and no clues.

Your active participation on these threads will be missed. Stick around if you still have interest in the company.

I would not suggest a sell at this point (except for tax purposes) because I believe the Corel will survive and will trade eventually at higher valuations.

When I sold out the majority of my holding, I saved a little back as a very long term prospect. This forces me to continue following the company and to post here. I like it that the price has only fallen 5/16 US this morning. And there can be no margin calls to follow. Just a trim. Maybe the hair on this dog is so short that there's not enough left for a real haircut.

And that was O'Reilly's name down there at the e-mail spot.

Good Luck and Happy Holidays,

Leo
