E: almost forgot about you, If I remember correctly, I think you're posts helped me out of LSI at 39, thank you.

As for sheila, I've worked with Doc's for 25 yrs (i'm not one) and I've learned that the best way with them is not to back down, then you lay the grounds to become friends.
