TO ALL.......MEXICO FINANCIAL CRISIS LOOMS!!! Observers report that some Gringo named steve, while vacationing in Cancun, was infuriated when he was served cold enchaladas and threatened to buy the country and get it organized using software he wrote when he founded CPQ and while working in the stockroom. The deal was all but consumated(with the help of the IMF) when Gringo steve discovered that his credit card was maxed out. When asked to comment, all Gringo steve would say was <gggggggg>

Mohan, I found some news on today's Microsoft Investor.... investor.msn.com ..... titled "Torture! The PC and the Pendulum"........This writer says the sub one-k PC's sales are led by CPQ.....Goes on to say while that may be good for the moment, the market is unsure whether cannibalization of higher-end products is going to be the outcome, hurting margins......Says 1998 could signal the decline of the PC industry........Any thoughts whether this would hold true with foreign markets still emerging as PC purchasers?.......George
