RE:a sure way to cause civilization to lose wealth

Also, this will hurt poor people first and hardest. Then the lower middle class, then the rest of the middle class. The rich are unaffected. A war on energy is also a war on poor people!

"Killing energy, real energy, in the name of "global warming"is a carbon pimp construct.

I'm about replacing finite dirty real energy with unlimited clean real energy.

"raising the PPM of CO2 (plant food) by a few points, from its current miniscule level of 0.035% of Earth's atmosphere, will cause water levels to drown the Statue of Liberty is, quite simply, bullshit"

It'll take a while for temperatures and land ice to equilabrate to this CO2 level, but...
The last time atmospheric CO2 was at 400 parts per million was during the ancient Pliocene Era, three to five million years ago, and humans didn’t exist.

  • Global average temperatures were 3 to 4 degrees C warmer than today (5.4 to 7.2 degrees F).
  • Polar temperatures were as much as 10 degrees C warmer than today (18 degrees F).
  • The Arctic was ice free.
  • Sea level was between five and 40 meters higher (16 to 130 feet) than today.
  • Coral reefs suffered mass die-offs.

And stating that raising the PPM of CO2 (plant food) by a few points, from its current miniscule level of 0.035% of Earth's atmosphere

Wrongo buddy.

"A new carbon dioxide milestone has been reached according to the World Meteorological Agency. Average carbon dioxide measurements at all monitoring stations in the northern hemisphere were above 400 parts per million for the month of April, the first time that’s been recorded in human history."

The CO2 in the atmosphere today is higher than anytime in the last 3 million years.

Do you know what the Earth's temperature would be on it's surface if we had no CO2 in the atmosphere with everything else remaining constant??

I'll give you a hint.

You could walk across all the oceans on the planet because they would all be frozen.

Prove me, Tyson and the National Academy of Sciences incorrect..

Sagan if he was alive today would tell you the same thing.
