Jeffrey: Ok, you polled, I'll answer. I can't speak for all on this thread, but my opinion? Start moving that product! Get a cash flow going. If you're confident in the quality of produced product at 50%, then, if it's possible to move it out while tweaking to bring up the speed, then LET'S GO!!!!!!!. But that's the basic attitudinal difference between engineering and sales. Engineering wants to tweak, and re-tweak before releasing, sales can smell/hear the customers need and wants to move the product.

Thanks to the posters regarding the Don W. commentary. Let's hope it was widely seen.

John~

Jeffrey, my vote is to begin production at 50% speed, as long as it does not prevent the tuning for higher speeds from continuing. It would no doubt pull many of us out of our present loss situation by adding a few points to the share price, and return a more cheerful atmosphere to this thread.

Thanks for posting your friends up-to-date news, and plese keep it coming as more is learned.

Neal M:
A partial answer to your question - Valence has some 300 US patents, about half of which are issued and the rest pending, plus another 100 foreign patents out of which about 80 are still pending.
Their design and process certainly has considerable proprietary content.
