Judy, thanks for your insightful response. I have been paring my tech holdings while boosting my holdings of Berkshire Hathaway on the premise that its consumer and financial services holdings will do well (or hurt less) in a slow growth, low interest rate environment. While I'm very tempted to load up on Intel, I share your premise of the tech bear market and am fearful of its '96 gap (in the upper 40s) being filled. It wasnt too long ago that the tech stocks were cyclical - and it looks like history is repeating itself.

Thanks again and best regards,

Gary
