I really kind of pondered the use of the term, but I think it transcends mere incompetence and starts to have the look and feel of something else. The man knows he's violating the Constitution, which is, after all, about all that's been asked of him.

Maybe evil isn't right but as you say, it is certainly dark.

Turley has pointed out that these transgressions must be challenged DURING his term or they essentially become precedent; yet, I don't see anyone standing up against it. These Democrats are going to rue they day they stood idly by and allowed this to happen.
