The suggestion that the liberals on the Supreme Court would strike down the greatest expansion of the socialist state since FDR seems unlikely to happen. They might be getting upset at being cut out of their role in government, but they surely will simply bide their time until a Republican is in office and the leftist media supports the reining in of the powers they granted to Obama.

Turley is a brave soul who is often on the wrong side of important events. In this case he has argued wisely for reasonable action. Being occasionally on the right side does not make one influential. Liberals are ruled by emotions, not by reason. This makes them impervious to Turley's opinions.

Even many Republicans have thrown in the towel and argue that ObamaCare is inevitable and that it must simply be accepted. It would take a powerful groundswelling of realization that the VA scandal of denied care is a predictor for the future of state run healthcare for squishy people to develop the backbone to fight for repeal of ObamaCare.
