My friends who are black do not call me a racist. I have bought multiple copies of Condoleeza's book and given some to my black friends and also to my daughters. Anyone who knows her story considers her to be an excellent role model. "The Black people would call you a racist ..." No one who knows me would. ...not me. I am calling you a racist because your conduct is clearly racist. Racists are people threatened by the success of someone of another race and who act out on that person based on their race. There is absolutely no doubt that you have behaved horribly toward people because they are black, successful, and threaten you. After all what if some of them married your children and your children became conservatives with black conservative children? Oh my!!!

Koan may not have seen a black person in decades. He grew up near black folks and has spent his life moving to one place after another, each whiter than the last. Just like a few other SI liberals.

She grew up in Birmingham during the worst of times. She was instructed by family to overcome racism by making sure her work was twice as good as her competitors. This has been a principle to live by which she has followed throughout her life. She changed her emphasis from music to foreign affairs once in college at Denver University, after taking a course in foreign affairs. She requested permission from her father, out of great respect for him, to change her major to her new passion. She grew up conservative because the best man she had ever known (her father) was a conservative minister. She rose in the ranks of academia and became a professor, then provost, of Stanford, specializing in the subject of civilian influence on Russian militarism. She was credited with saving Stanfords troubled economic condition after having fought the powers that be to make the unpopular yet necessary changes. She founded successful community centers in low income areas, which were successful at helping urban kids improve their school work. She achieved what no woman had achieved before her, she did it while over coming the usual obstacles associated with her race. *"...the term uncle Tom to describe anyone who sells them out to get a cushy job with the whites. Certainly what Rice did.",* You are a liar and a racist since I have personally made certain you knew about this history. She has been a conservative all her life. She has never sought or followed a "cushy" path, and you know it. Then she was asked by Bush 1 to come to Washington to help with the transition after the collapse of the USSR. She was the most qualified in her area. She had earned that reputation. She was never recognized publicly for that work. However, Bush 1 privately gave her full credit for the smooth transition, and told his son she would be a valuable and absolutely necessary asset in his administration because of it. You have attempted to take partisan licence to express your extreme brand of racism. Now you owe black people and everyone else who hates bigotry a sincere apology.
