Sheila , the weather in Yuma this time of the year is the best that you can find anywhere in our great country . This is why we winter in Yuma and you can find some great catfish dinners here as well .

Sheila: I disagree. TA *DOES* take into account unforseen events, (but cannot accurately predict when they will occur). A stocks audit trail (chart) of facts demonstrates how it has reacted to unforseen events in past, and may even show what frequency unforseen events occur at, so therefore much is known about how it will handle them in the future, (but not necessarily when they will occur).
