Throttling down after streaming a couple seasons of the latest TV series is fair.

As for being off topic-- AAPL has been rumored to be purchasing a 'fastlane" from one or more of the carriers. That is another means of allocating bandwidth. For the user, the added stream would be "free"--simply subsidized by however AAPL monetizes the service.

Use more data and get charged more?Sure I can see that but not the usurious charges that most telecoms charge - I like the TMobile way of doing it where if you go over, it just slows down - Oliver, you've had your share for the month - but you can have more, you're not being cut off or charged tons of $, just slower response.
