I know some here are long DNR, I am, as well. FWIW big block option activity over the last two days. Yesterday two contract blocks of 6/21 Calls at 17 (1,250 and 15,000), today one block of 1,734. Either someone is making a huge bet, or a big hedge.

I guess I'll beat a dead horse on PF. I believe the low volume can be attributed in part to Blackstone owning 50% + of the common. Stock comes out typically in small quantities now, perhaps small investors exiting the position in absence of the HSH offer.
That being said, I don't believe the fat lady has sung here yet. Here are more metrics PF vs. our old friend BGS.

P/B P/S PE(forward) ROE Pr. Marg.
PF 2.3 1.48 16.7 8.34% 4.22%
BGS 4.86 2.43 19 7.39% 6.71%

Granted, simplistic metrics from Yahoo!, but shows there may still be more value in PF. Blackstone isn't in the game to lose out here, IMHO.
