I do no such thing. they are not obligated, they CHOOSE the dem party. There is nothing for them in the pub party but more pain and suffering. I find it interesting you feel you are the self righteous one, when I am the one taking the side of the African American. I am backing their play. African Americans vote dem because THEY see that party as their friend and it has been. The pub party as their enemy. That you cannot understand that is the most amazing cognitive dissonance.. Why is that so hard for you to understand? The evidence is everywhere.
