I'll make two calls this week, 1) to find out where my investor packet is and 2) to see if I can find out about the questions I posted earlier, along with anything else that they can tell me.

I would have done this already but I wanted to read through what they had sent me first. They may have forgot to follow through on my request because it has been a week and a half. However this happened to me once before with a company and it turned out they were waiting to include an upcoming news release. Hopefully that is the case here.

Fundamentally, there seems to be no reason "not" to buy at these these levels. Both divisions look strong 1) the punchcard division has growing sales(although some of it has to do with pharmacy acquisitions by their customers, so I'm wondering at what rate it can continue to grow) and 2) the lifeserv division which has growing sales and many new products, along with a new(NOV) 1.2 million dollar contract and seems to be only in the early stages of what could be substantial growth.

A large amount of personnel and marketing expenses have been incurred in the last quarter by MSYS compared to other Quarters. Based on this we may see a substantial amount of growth in '98. As long as their cash position can remain strong this stock can't fall much lower. Look for some heavy January buying if the overall market has a traditionally strong Jan.

Publicity remains the biggest problem at this time, the fundamentals look strong.

Everybody-I have info to report**************
I called the LifeServ division today. I was able to talk to Rick Sullivan in Sales and he politely answered some questions concerning the LifeServ press releases.
1)The $1.2 million contract will consist of $850,000 in equipment posted next quarter(He said March-April), the remaining $350,000 will be in ongoing system software support spread out over the next 5 years.
2)The acquisition in progress of Peritronics- the management agreement expired Dec. 15th(yesterday) but was renewed for another 15 days while negotiations continue. He said everything is looking very positive for the completion of this deal. However, the shareholders of Peritronics do not meet until the first part of January, so there will not be anything to report until at least mid January. Sounded very optimistic that things are preceeding forward.
3) I asked him if there was anything else off the top of his head that he could tell me and.... he was able to tell me that they have two large sales pending-one in the Pacific NW and one in Louisiana(One of these is "quite" large) "If" they go through-the Louisiana sale will be late next quarter and the Pacific NW sale would be "earlier"

I tried not to pry too much info out of him because I wanted to respect the fact that he is limited in what he can tell me, and he was very friendly.

Can someone call MSYS to get an overall perspective of what may be going on with the whole Company, especially with regards to hiring a PR firm.

I hope this info was helpful to everyone....
