CEM: yeah, very good deal it is. Gives them funding for the next 3 years so we dont have to worry about large dilution as with most explorers. Did you notice JohnTognetti from Haywood Securities holds above 10% of the stock? Sooner or later will get taken over by the Japs, my guess....
