Anyone,

isn't it logical that tmmi is very undervalued at the 2-3c level, assuming tmmi can continue to introduce products after Elvis and Trudef? Which is very likely given the photo album ect...

If they make 3MM per YEAR that gives us a PE of less than 1. I agree we need to understand how debt will play out on earnings and how preferred shareholders will be handled. But, take the following senario.

We sell 1MM copies of Elvis and of Trudef. And assume we only get 5% profit at a list price of $30. The 5% versus 10% - 20% reflects the negative impact of debt and preferred shareholders.

2MM products x $30 = $60MM x .05 = $3MM divided by 100MM shares is 3cents.

Now this is all prior to considering the tax loss carry forward!

Speculation about litagation?

But, again this does all need to reported. I hope we see something official from the company real soon with number forecasts. I know we have heard about shipments or orders, but we need budgeted revenues and expense and per share equations.

Just my 2 cents
