<What do you know that the market doesnt>

Absolutely nothing. Everything I know about this company I find out through SI or research. However, I do like buying stocks that are distressed, oversold, and are being avoided like the plague.

Instead of looking at the two year chart, look at the five-seven year chart. This stock has gone from 30ish to 2's twice. I think it will happen again, if not 30's then atleast double digits.

When people are rushing toward the exits, its time to step in (so long as the company is still viable and getting their house in order).

When people are rushing to get in and the stock is everyones darling, probably time to take a half position at the least.

Oh yea, I also bought Intel warrants in '96 at 24, sold at 35 few months later. Of course, about a year later it hit 120.

Patience is the key.

>>>>It amazes me how confident the folks on this thread are....

Let me say, I for one am not confident of anything, especially this Stock. Investing is risky business..........and this one is at the high end of the risk curve. To think anything less speakes volumes for the poster.

If you want a sure thing give your money to your banker....and he'll give you a couple points a year.

The earnings per share takes the float into account. QDEK is about break even at this time. If the stock does not move by March there will be some more dilution as convertible preferred becomes common to the tune of 15 million shares.

The company has totally revamped its product lines from the peak Internet surge. Only QEMM remains. ProComm and VertiSoft were late purchases.

We QDEKAHOLICS see a $2 stock in a break even company with new products, new management, lower overhead, focused business strategy, and growing markets. We see earnings on the horizon and a new valuation. The street sees earnings after the fact. Before the earnings you need good people. QDEK has "stolen" CyberMedia marketing people. The new blood comes for cheap options and the potential of a company turning it around. The street sees earnings after the fact. Before earnings you need exciting products. We predict good sales of CleanSweep Deluxe, RealHelp, ViruSweep, TuneUp, Partition-It Deluxe. We bank on solid sales from ProComm Plus 32, Rapid Remote, QEMM97, and Zip-IT. We hope for a hot WebCompass upgrade and some success at StarNine.

So we are early but being early allows for big positions while the price is low. The street does not like early. We may be wrong but it is a question of probability. We have an excellent chance of making serious money. It is not like saying Rutgers is going to the final four or something like that. We are not crazy.
