This is a really, really stupid post, but I realize you haven't followed this issue. It shows just how disingenuous Benen is. Whoever he is. We have destroyed our health care system to get a one percentage point drop in the number of uninsured, practically all people who are on the public dole when we couldn't afford those who were ALREADY on the public dole. Meanwhile, research hospitals are laying off medical staff, which will, as predicted kill health care innovation in this country, which provided half the world's health care innovation to begin with. It isn't even off-the-ground yet, and the program is horribly bad in every respect. And if you are interested, at all, in reality, here's the picture that matters: Liberal idiots can try all they want to make it look good, but the fact is more people have been hurt by it than helped by it. There is no better metric to show just how bad the ACA is. "Disaster" is an understatement.
