My efforts are selfish. Exchanges with koan,shep,tejek,bent, and others give me a chance to test my own positions, to clarify, flush out, and articulate particular points in my own mind. Unfortunately their comments are predictable and don't provide much of a challenge. They are all from one mold... old white guys who hate old white guys.... mommy issues I suspect. There is a condition called "psychological enmeshment" that can occur between moms and their little boys, especially in single parent situations that can produce this kind of person, and is probably the case here. There are smarter liberals like Warfe Rat and some of those people on X's thread but they've all stopped posting to me.
