Dear Phil,

The whole company could be just fluff. We won't really know until we know. But Stamm owns the global rights to the emsounder. If he wants to assign them to NAMX instead of retaining and assigning them to another company, he can. It's not such big news until we know they (i.e. NAMX, the emsounder, etc.) can produce.
