Not everyone is ignorant about y2k, a friend of mine is in charge of all grants and loans at a major university and he as well as virtually all others he is in touch with are very awair of the problem. He is also involved someway with an advisery panel to the education Dept. of the goverment. His university is going with all new software insted of trying to change the old.
IMHO papers like Barrons, WSJ, and IBD will probably have something to say around Jan 1st, like 730 DAYS and COUNTING. Just MHO.
