Perfect reply by Hillary. She spoke the truth….. It is deplorable that FOX News is politicizing a military issue by parading 6 of his former mates on their show. Don't they know that we keep the military out of politics? Absolutely. I wrote on Pal's board how I think it's lower than the lowest--and I consider it so bad that it's an insult to the lowest…. I'm surrounded here by military folk(including spouses and kids) that are also GOP/Tea Partiers---going to feel around for what they think of this…. Also on Pal's thread some folk were talking about how hatred for "the Black Guy" is so deep that they can't honor his successes but instead trash him for their own ideas that he implements….excellent point for me to not lose sight of when I ponder these things… Betcha' Eisenhower would say, "I am ashamed of my country and my party that its politics have come to this." But somehow, esp now with social media, D's can use it, and are using it to our advantage to get the truth out.. We'd be in huge trouble if not for the internet…????

What's absolutely odorous, disgusting, insert any other expletive, is that this young man went in with very honorable intentions… He probably endured the UNSPEAKABLE at the hands of the Taliban. He will probably never be able to function as a whole human again. And for him and his family to be subjected to this backlash----for purely political purposes---is what makes my skin crawl. Even if he truly did desert-----he was of impaired mental capacity to think that he could go off and not be captured---someone with a clear and rational mind would not have done that.. Yet, these guys/women sleep well at night knowing they've followed the memo's from the puppet master that is organizing this smear campaign. PS: I'm sure you've seen the report of how his unit was a bunch of losers of soldiers. Taunting/ killing civilians for pure sport, no respect for military authority or protocol(didn't even report his going missing the first time he did it) and then we're expected to believe their faux raged rants on Fox?
