yes, a well respected tech fund which has cymer as a large position is positive news. it is when funds as this sell then expect worse problems usually since they have greater access to information. it is a bullish sign that this fund not only holds cymer, but holds a large position.

the question arose is the thread to optimistic? i purchased recently cymer because of the thread postings and what i know of cymer. funds as this holding/purchasing cymer expect it to rise. maybe the posts are optimistic, but funds such as this bolster the argument that the optimistic posts on this thread are not pollyannas, but see cymer being quashed as the tech sector in general has been, and cymer with a bright future that should outperform the sector when the turnaround arrives.

the bottom line to the article, if you do find some of the posts here to positive, this well respected fund also views cymer very positively. a good reason not to sell at this price and if anything, think about adding to ones position.
