I bought @ $20/share which was filled on an open order placed a whaile ago while the stock was still in the high $20's. I'm not concerned about the stock dipping to $17 or even $15 (@ which point I'll buy more unless there are "drastic" changes in the fundamentals of the company. I'm at a loss as to how TFH's and Lithograhpy are at odds iwth each other. I had proposed to the company in the 80's that their product line be geared towards high thickness resist technologies as the high d.o.f and broadband exposure coupled with the industry's undying belief that 1X reticles could never be made to meet sub-micron
specs seemed to compell a repositioning of the product. As for
getting into reticle prodution the Ultratech Stepper was founded
based on the Mann "Step and Repeat" tool which was used to produce
masks back in the days when Perkin Elmers dominated the Photo
industry.
