Md is the worse offender, for years MD had 4 dems 4 rep after 10 years of dem gerrymeander it's 8-0 dems. there's no representation for repub even though repubs are the majority in all but 3 counties

Exactly, that is why redistricting should be done, via the California model.
You seem to have a very limited understanding of theUS Constitution. Each state can design its districts the way it wants. Why should you have any input in how other states assign their districts?
