That is a state's determination. A state court may very well counter certain gerrymandering activities. However, the sword cuts both ways.

Yes it is totally true. You claim to be a lawyer, what is the constitutional basis for teh courts to rule? Please be specific.

When the Dems controlled most state legislatures, you favor gerrymandering, you only oppose when told to by your "leaders"
