Yeah, the law for show that expressly prohibited the use of the US Military forces inserted by the repugs so the country's attention could be focused on their "thou shalt not commit adultery and lie about it" impeachment not on the need for the government to focus efforts against increasing terrorism acts (which repugs labeled "Wag the Dog") letting bin Ladin be free to plot and execute terror and train for 9/11.
